We process the information for contacting you on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR - for the performance of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, and, if applicable, on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR - Legitimate interest.
We delete the data arising in this context after storage is no longer necessary, or restrict processing if there are statutory retention obligations or other reasonable legal reasons to store the data longer.
III Applications
Personal data that we collect and process as part of an application is protected against unauthorized access and manipulation by technical and organizational measures.
We collect and process your personal data in order to be able to offer advertised positions and carry out the selection process. The legal basis for the collection and processing of applicant data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR, Art. 88 para. 1 GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 BDSG (German Data Protection Act).
The data you submit will be stored and used exclusively for purposes related to the recording and processing of your interest in employment or training in our company. If your application is successful, the data and files you submit may be used further in the context of the employment relationship. If your application for a job offer is not successful, your personal data will be deleted after 6 months. Any further storage for the purpose of later consideration for vacant positions will only take place if you have given us your express consent to do so.
You have the option of withdrawing your application in whole or in part at any time. You can also request that all or some of your submitted data and files be deleted from our applicant database or changed at any time.
All you need to do is send an e-mail to the HR department (personal@rail-ps.com). Your data and files submitted as part of your application will not be passed on to third parties unless we have your express consent or an official order to do so.
